A sales representative (Supervisor) and an Assistant Manager arrive at a luxurious Seoul townhouse on a rainy day. The Supervisor finds a child's sketchbook drawing under a sofa with messages like "hungry," but when he tries to show it to the customers, the drawing vanishes. The customers, a couple with soft voices, claim they have no children, stating their eldest is in university. When the Supervisor finds a second paper under a table, it contains disturbing drawings of adults being murdered and messages like "wanna go out" and "it hurts." The Assistant Manager insists on following the company's rule of ignorance regarding products and customers. Suddenly, the lights fail. In the darkness, the Assistant Manager's body is brutally snapped, and he collapses, fluids leaking from his orifices like rain. The Supervisor finds a second note that now reads "liar." Realizing the couple lied about having children, the Supervisor flees and hides in a pantry. The note updates to read "bathroom," and he realizes he has accidentally locked himself in. He discovers the Assistant Manager's "Talisman" is actually an old wireless pager. He frantically uses it to call for help; a voice confirms reception and offers to call Security.
