The entity warns that Kim's time in this safe projection is running out as the arm (a point of alien dissonance) emerges. Despite the warning that reality is traumatic, Kim decides to leave the projection to find the truth, bringing along a Rabbit Doll. The entity reveals the Rabbit Doll can speak and relays a message from 'Braun' to Kim. Kim also learns his silver coin is blackening as a Protection Talisman absorbs contamination. Kim realizes the terrifying truth: his repeated loops were not a peaceful reprieve, but a recreation of the actual Day of Disaster, looping endlessly for hundreds of days. Realizing his companions (Agent Bronze and Deputy Manager Eun Haje) are missing from his tattoo space, Kim rushes out of the department store into the beginning of the catastrophe to find them.
