Chapter 50 — I Picked Up a Grimoire and Became a Wizard

Chapter 50

Yo-han wakes from a bizarre dream in which Grizzly transforms into a beautiful vampire girl and causes city-wide destruction, then encounters the animated grimoires De Vermis Mysteriis and The Lesser Key of Solomon, both claiming to be pregnant. A holographic status window appears, and he realizes he has been pulled inside an anomalous dating-game called 'Heart-Pounding Harem Academy Life.' He finds himself in a classroom with Shin Si-on, who is dressed as a schoolgirl and calls him 'oppa.' She explains via notebook that they've been assigned roles within the game world—Yo-han as the popular 'bad boy' sunbae and Si-on as his helper-advisor. They leave the classroom, discuss the mission to rescue kidnapped victims, and encounter a group of female academy students who demand he buy them desserts. Yo-han plays along with his assigned role, calming the noisy mob of girls before planning to search the school for other Special Operations Division members.
