Lee Ju-ho, formerly known as 'iJoinedToday' or 'Anonymous' on SG Net, approaches Undertaker after seeing his post about a new anomaly. They quickly establish rapport, with Undertaker signing a brush calligraphy autograph. Lee Ju-ho reveals he posted anonymously to share information about the Pocheon Tax Office anomaly, an event tied to past traumas involving Sim Ah-ryeon. They arrive at the Pocheon Tax Office, a pristine building amidst ruined surroundings, identifying it as a high-level Void. Park Sang-hyun, a known local bully and son of a former vice guild leader, tumbles out, missing his right leg, screaming for help. He explains he entered the building and was dragged in by a metallic clanking sound. Undertaker and Lee Ju-ho watch as Park is dragged back into the Void and devoured, with Lee Ju-ho noting that Park was a troublemaker and his death might be preferable for the guild. An entity emerges from the Tax Office, resembling a receptionist but with long, disheveled hair obscuring its face and wielding large, bloody scissors. It demands ID cards to calculate taxes. The entity confirms Lee Ju-ho’s identity and demands a 'tax' of 100 grams, including Body and Slave Tax. Undertaker realizes the 'grams' refer to body mass, as evidenced by Park’s missing limb. To save Lee Ju-ho, Undertaker shaves Lee’s head completely bald and produces 100 grams of urine in a plastic bag. The entity accepts these offerings as valid tax payment and retreats. Later, Lee Ju-ho posts the solution on SG Net under the alias 'Anonymous,' warning others to pay small amounts (hair/urine) but avoid larger demands. This sparks a 'Tax Challenge' where users compare their tax debts. Undertaker then visits the Banpo Tax Office in Seoul. The long-haired entity there asks for his ID. Upon processing his age and identity, the anomaly begins reciting numbers incoherently, swells rapidly, and explodes in a shower of black fluid. Undertaker retrieves his ID from the wreckage as the Tax Office vanishes, concluding that he owes a debt too vast to pay.
