Venturing into the flickering, rope-filled corridors, he encounters eerie sights: a dangling rope that initially looks like a silhouette, a distant dripping sound that seems to follow him, and a terrifying, violently moving woman in a torn patient gown. He hides behind a wall, debates regression, and pushes forward toward the exit. The trial culminates when he turns to look behind him and is immediately ambushed by the ceiling-dwelling woman, causing him to regress back to the start of the floor.
