Guntar confronts them, and a cat beastman argues that the real Guntar would never curse, deepening his confusion. An East Asian man steps forward, claiming responsibility for the protest and ordering his followers to restrain Guntar. The beastmen charge, but Guntar, guided by the Heavenly Demon's combat instincts, swiftly neutralizes the attackers using a dagger and a stolen rope. After the fight, Guntar regains control momentarily, only to wake up back in his room as time appears to have rewound, leaving him and the Heavenly Demon to process the temporal anomaly.
