Both proofs activate the door but fail to open it, confirming only one may enter. They agree to decide qualification through combat. Cheongun introduces himself, and Ise replies with his own identity. Ise opens with Fireball Art and Earth Spear, but the sword cultivator deftly evades and deflects, revealing movement arts and spellcasting without hand seals. The exchange ends with Ise offering Cheongun an easy surrender, which the sword cultivator laughs off.
