Ise asks about the Great Exorcist Order Lord's abilities; Mongryeon describes him as an undefeated genius who used primordial qi from Foundation Establishment onward, then notes he was reclusive and little is known about him. The violent collision ruptures his skin and bursts the black-iron/mystic-iron wall. A booming voice calls from outside — it is Gwak Chan, a Foundation Establishment senior who saved Ise before. Gwak Chan recognizes the primordial qi, severs his wrist touching it, asks for Regeneration Pellets, and explains how primordial qi's nature varies by cultivation method and temperament before departing.
