He realizes the poem predicts the murders and shouts a warning to the office worker. Suddenly, the husband is silenced. The office worker (revealed to be Kim Soleum) regains consciousness in a dark basement, gagged and bound, staring at a severed head on a silver tray. Kim Soleum, dressed in black sweats and wearing bloodied gloves, holds an axe. He clinically discusses the alleviation of pain through screaming before swinging the axe.
