After winning the first-place prize, Kim Soleum receives a custom-made 'Dark Exploration Records' employee ID card via a 3D printer machine. The ID identifies him as a member of the 'Field Exploration Team' at 'Daydream Inc.', a faction known in the wiki as a 'death squad' where members frequently die. As Kim Soleum struggles with the embarrassment of the ID, the staff member's face unnaturally distorts into a wide, terrifying grin. Suddenly, Kim Soleum experiences intense dizziness and wakes up in a different reality: a corporate new employee orientation for Daydream Inc. He realizes he has been transported into the actual universe of the ghost story. He learns that the orientation is actually a deadly survival test to determine full-time employment. As the host announces the start of the evaluation, Kim Soleum attempts to flee but finds himself trapped.
