Chapter 3 — Got Dropped in a Ghost Story, Still Gotta Work

The orientation environment transforms into a desolate subway train, part of the 'Abyss Transpo' ghost story. While most new employees believe it is a high-tech VR simulation, Kim Soleum recognizes it as a high-difficulty 'D-Class Darkness' scenario. An announcement declares the train is at 'Sorrow Station.' Several panicked employees impulsively jump off the train onto the platform. Kim Soleum warns them not to disembark, noting that 'Sorrow Station' does not exist, but his warning is ignored. Immediately after the doors close, silver droplets fall from the ceiling like molten metal, brutally crushing and killing the employees on the platform. As fear spreads among the remaining passengers, Kim Soleum realizes he is trapped in a horror story. Despite his knowledge of the wiki, he reveals his fatal flaw: he is an extreme coward who is terrified of visualized horror.
