At the Bureau, Shin Do-ryong reacts furiously to reports of an open shootout and swordfights, ordering deployments and civilian wards. Meanwhile, Si-on encounters a lost child and her grateful mother. Elsea, the silver-haired Finnish saintess, boasts triumphantly and debates ninja origins with the angel Raziel, who speaks through her grimoire The Book of the Angel Raziel to urge action over sightseeing. In the alleys, Gremory appears, and Yo-han flees a gunfire exchange with Grizzly covering him, recognizing a vampire pack leader.
