The security systems had been disabled without triggering alarms. He locates a hidden USB drive in a fish tank, containing a pre-written will from the Saintess addressed to 'Mr. Z' (the narrator). The will, dated 18 months prior, instructs him to fake a threat to the platform N (SG Net) to maintain order, acknowledging the chaos caused by the loss of Transcendent (Constellation) oversight. Suspecting betrayal, the narrator identifies two primary suspects: himself or Seo Gyu. He confronts Seo Gyu, lying that his shoe prints were found at the Saintess’s residence due to a secret security scan. Seo Gyu, panicked and unable to explain the discrepancy, immediately commits suicide by shooting himself in the palate. The narrator confirms Seo Gyu was the real person, ruling out puppetry, and realizes both key pillars of the Awakener hierarchy have fallen. He proceeds to the guild lodging, finding it abandoned and marked with German phrases warning against trusting 'pink hair.' On a bench in the training ground, Go Yuri sits beside him, addressing him as 'Guild Leader.' The narrator deduces her true ability is not [Stealth] but [Perception Manipulation], which allows her to present different personas to different observers—ethical to the Saintess, humorous to Seo Gyu, and upright to himself. She confirms he is correct. When pressed about her motives, she apologizes as the guild dormitory implodes, revealing a massive, fleshy monster composed of red and blue veins and tentacles bearing the voices of the dead guild members. Go Yuri explains that the monster formed because the narrator’s strong mind resisted her perception filter, causing her ability to glitch. She admits to causing the guild's destruction but denies killing the members directly, claiming they died of their own accord. The narrator, rejecting her lie, decapitates her with his sword. As her head slides off, Go Yuri whispers, 'Let’s become one, Guild Leader.' The narration shifts to reflect on this event as the end of the 89th cycle. In subsequent cycles, the narrator avoids Go Yuri, occasionally interacting with her online persona 'CookingQueen' under the alias 'ZERO_SUGAR.' He notes that without his direct attention, Go Yuri remains harmless until her eventual demise, leaving her true nature and the meaning of her final words as an unresolved mystery.
