Go Yuri, a pink-haired entity wielding dangerous cognition manipulation abilities, approaches the narrator. Recognizing her threat level and the risk of her brainwashing him, the narrator adopts a strategy of extreme hostility and coldness—escalating from 'Unpleasant Level 5' to '7'—to repel her interest. Go Yuri, unfazed and amused by his resistance, introduces herself and leaves, having successfully marked the narrator as interesting. The narrator notes that previous attempts to engage her via gambling or alcohol also failed; the only safe strategy is invisibility. The narrator then analyzes Oh Dok-seo’s behavior, deducing that she has read an unfinished autobiography titled 'The Omniscient Regressor’s Viewpoint' which only covers the first four runs of his life. When he states he has completed 555 runs, Oh Dok-seo is horrified. Upon hearing the estimated age of over 5,000 years, she declares the protagonist she idolized is actually an 'old geezer.' The chapter ends with Oh Dok-seo dubbing him 'Old Man' due to her disappointment, leaving the narrator feeling somewhat disheartened by the loss of his heroic image.
