Yoannis deduces the destruction may have been caused by the owner of De Vermis Mysteriis or a third party, and learns the dinner gathering included Namgung Soo-ah as leverage. Mia reports that a 10 billion won bounty has been placed on the grimoire's owner. Meanwhile, at the Bureau medical ward, Lee Hye-eun and Si-on discuss grimoire classification criteria before Si-on receives a call from Yo-han. He reports being attacked by Chairman Kim's subordinates while returning Soo-ah, and requests case updates. Si-on agrees to cooperate. Back in his apartment, Yo-han checks for surveillance, feeds Grizzly, and resolves to use the Special Operations Division to corner Chairman Kim, who escaped the massacre.
